1. Register as a customer at www.aspendosoptik.com.tr to benefit from our repair service. 

2. Send a photo of your glasses showing the defect to teknik@aspendosoptik.com.tr. 

3. The complaint will be confirmed by our staff by phone or email. 

4. Send us your glasses, enclosing this completed form and, if possible, a copy of the invoice. You will receive your repaired glasses back as soon as possible.
